Before your session, we connect via email, text, or phone/Zoom call to go over the specifics, including the type of headshot or branding you need, background preferences, location, and wardrobe choices.
You’ll be able to view your images on-screen immediately after they’re captured. After a quick hair and detail check, we’ll dive into creating the perfect, winning headshots. The session is tailored to provide visual feedback, encourage collaboration, and offer guidance to ensure we achieve the results you’re looking for. At the conclusion of the session, we’ll review the images together, selecting the top shots. From there, you’ll choose which headshots to purchase.

Headshot Sessions mainly take place in an indoor setting. However, you can also choose to have your professional headshot taken in any safe and proper outdoor environment.
Depending on the type of headshot or branding photoshoot, personalized, single location photoshoot time may last up to one hour.

Same Day Headshot Express - $295
If you need one headshot soon and you’re already camera-ready, this one-and-done same day express session is perfect for you! 15 minutes with the photographer in one outfit and one background- you’ll choose one image to be retouched. It will be ready to use on different platforms: your website, social media, LinkedIn etc., and delivered via email or online gallery on the same day! How far do you travel to photograph?
I travel around the US for photoshoots. Travel Fees apply to projects outside of Poplar Bluff, MO.
Can the headshots be taken in our office?
Certainly! We can set up in almost any area that’s at minimum 8ft wide and 10 ft long with 8 ft ceiling, providing enough room for the photography equipment and space for you to stand or sit comfortably.
Can you match existing headshots?
Absolutely! If your company has headshots taken by another photographer at one of your other offices, simply share the photos or your style guides with me. I’ll ensure the backdrop color and lighting are matched.
What are the payment options?
Payments via cash, check, credit card, and ACH transfers are accepted. An invoice will be issued at the time of booking, and online galleries are shared after full payment is received. If needed, I can also provide a signed W-9.
What is your turnaround time?
Headshot images can be ready as quick as 2 hours, or up to one week for big groups. Whatever your deadline may be, just let me know – I can make it happen!
