If you need one headshot soon and you’re already camera-ready, this one-and-done same day express session is perfect for you! 15 minutes with the photographer in one outfit and one background- you’ll choose one image to be retouched. It will be ready to use on different platforms: your website, social media, LinkedIn etc., and delivered via email or online gallery on the same day! How far do you travel to photograph?

While my home studio is in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, my work has no borders. I am available to travel anywhere in the world to capture your vision. Travel fees are custom-tailored based on the location and scope of the session.

Can the headshots be taken in our office?

Certainly! We can set up in almost any area with a minimum of 8ft in width and 10ft in length. An 8ft ceiling provides enough room for our professional lighting and space for you to pose comfortably

Can you match existing headshots?

Absolutely! If your company has existing headshots from other offices, simply share your style guide or sample images with me. We will ensure the lighting and backdrop are matched for a seamless look across your entire organization.

What are the payment options?

To make the process easy for your accounting department, Bella Sky Photography accepts ACH transfers, credit cards, checks, and cash. We provide a signed W-9 upon request for tax compliance. Invoices are issued at the time of booking, and your final high-resolution galleries are delivered promptly following receipt of payment.

What is your turnaround time?

Headshot images can be ready as quick as 2 hours, or up to one week for big groups. Whatever your deadline may be, just let us know – we will make it happen!
