Pricing & Packages

Base Rate – Event Coverage:

  • $250/hr with 2-hour minimum booking.
  • Includes:
    -High-Resolution Digital Gallery
    -Basic Culling&Editing: Color Correction, Cropping and Straightening, Sharpening for prints.
    -One Week Turnaround Time.

Add-Ons (Enhancements):

  • Basic Retouching: $20 per image. (skin smoothing, teeth whitening, object removal, etc.)
  • Instant Digital Downloads: $150 Flat Fee. (On-site download/ transfer of unedited, high-resolution JPEGs immediately. Note: These files bypass the editing queue.)
  • Faster Turnaround: +30% Rush Fee. (For 48-hour expedited delivery of the fully edited gallery.)
  • Travel Fee: Applied for events outside a 20-mile radius of Poplar Bluff, MO. (Calculated based on IRS mileage rate plus $30/hr for driving time; Airfare/Hotel costs are billed at cost.)
  • Professional Headshot: Price varies by attendee count (e.g. $100/person for 50+ people)

Event Photography FAQ

How far do you travel to photograph?

I travel around the US for photoshoots. Travel Fees apply to projects outside of Poplar Bluff, MO.

Can you set up a headshot booth at the event?

Certainly! We can absolutely add a Headshot Booth to your event. It can be set up in almost any location with at least 8 ft × 8 ft × 8 ft of space, providing room for our lighting, equipment, and a comfortable posing area.

*The Headshot Booth is an additional add-on, and I’m happy to provide details or customize the setup to fit your event.

How many images are included?

I shoot a lot to capture every moment, but I deliver a curated set of the absolute best, fully edited photos. You’ll receive minimum 50 final images per hour. For a 4-hour event, that’s minimum 200 edited photos in your gallery.

What are the payment options?

Payments via cash, check, credit card, and ACH transfers are accepted. An invoice will be issued at the time of booking, and online galleries are shared after full payment is received. If needed, I can also provide a signed W-9.

What is your turnaround time?

Event photos can be delivered right after I take them…or up to one week after the event. Whatever your deadline may be, just let me know – I can make it happen!
